I'm an energetic person who is actively engaged in life, seeking to make a difference around me and enjoy the journey I'm on at the same time.

I've lived in various different cities and countries, some in Europe others in North America. I enjoy culture, movies, languages and the outdoors.

My journey has included one of overcoming severe trauma growing up. I'm a survivor who's actively creating a life that is fulfilling and meaningful. At times my life journey has been exciting and engaging, at other times painful and downright hard… now I just want a life that's more authentic and real that allows for the ups and downs while engaging whatever ride it brings along.

On a professional note, I've been providing therapy to people for a long while now, having founded a private psychotherapy clinic where we provide assistance for people of all walks of life dealing with a wide range of issues from relationship, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, self-esteem, etc. I also enjoy public speaking and do workshops and seminars on topics like relationships and working with pain. I'm pretty authentic and don't go for the “hype” that we often hear in the self-help circles. Life is a journey without a preset place of arrival we're supposed to all get to.

Personal growth and individualized transformation are extremely important and meaningful pursuits for me.
